Card-on-File Updater Enhancements

Merchants will automatically update an end user's card-on-file in the instance of a Synctera customer migrating end users from debit cards to Smart Cards.
General Ledger Account Transactions

We’re adding a new case type to our case management tool in the Synctera Console. The new ‘change management’ case type makes it easy for sponsor banks and customers to manage and track changes to products, services, fees, policies, and limits.

FedNow Instant Payments

Multiple Addresses for AVS

End users are allowed to add multiple addresses, rather than just a single address, for the Address Verification Service (AVS) validation that occurs during card transaction processing.
Card Dispute Management Enhancement

These enhancements include improved dispute case management and monitoring capabilities that allow customers to manage card disputes more efficiently.
Domestic Wires Support

Large volumes of wires are now supported at scale, requiring less work from Ops teams. End-users can now fund their US accounts via wires as well as receive wires faster.

Plaid Core Exchange Integration

The Plaid Core Exchange integration enables the seamless linking of accounts and efficient fund transfers between accounts. End-users can now link their Synctera-powered bank accounts to Chime, Acorns, and Intuit QuickBooks, etc.

Enhanced Ongoing Monitoring

Customer Risk Rating (CRR)

CRR is an algorithm that calculates the risk score of consumers and businesses based on a set of guidelines provided by our bank partners. CRR is also a quick way for our banks to automatically assess customer risk for AML purposes.

Fleet cards allow businesses to manage payments associated with the vehicle fleet they own and operate. Fleet card capabilities are available through the Synctera Smart Card.
