Banks partners will be able to better monitor their programs to ensure they can withstand regulatory scrutiny. Banks will be also able to produce evidence of their monitoring, and companies will be able to produce evidence they’ve addressed ongoing compliance requirements. 

Dispute Management Enhancements for Cards

These enhancements include improved dispute case management and monitoring capabilities that allow customers to manage card disputes more efficiently.

Card on File Updater Enhancements (Debit to Smart Card)

Merchants will automatically update an end user's card-on-file in the instance of a Synctera customer migrating end users from debit cards to Smart Cards.

Card Issuer 3 Domain Secure (3DS)

Card Issuer 3DS is an authentication method that provides an additional layer of security for card transactions. Learn more here.

ACH Disputes API Updates

The Disputes API and the Synctera Console were updated to make it easier to submit and manage ACH disputes. Additionally, customers can initiate processes to stop future payments or begin ACH returns.

Address Verification Service (AVS) Extension

End users are allowed to add multiple addresses, rather than just a single address, for the Address Verification Service (AVS) validation that occurs during card transaction processing.
