Introducing resource history

With resource history, Synctera Console users can see all of the changes related to a resource, including the time the change occurred and the initiator of the change.  For example, when looking at an individual customer, resource history shows the changes to accounts where the individual customer is an account holder and any cards that are tied to the individual customer.

Account Open/Close date now exposed in the API

We’re now exposing the Account Open and Close dates in our accounts API.  Account Open and Close dates are based on the bank’s posting date schedule and enable users of the API to conduct date dependent calculations, such as accruing interest.

Spend Control API enabling per-transaction spend controls

With the Synctera Spend Control API, customers are able to create per-transaction spend controls and spend controls for one or more merchant category codes (MCCs). MCC-related controls are only applicable to card transactions.  These feature enhancements will soon also be available through the Synctera Console.

Instant Account Funding / Instant Push to Card reflected in the platform

The Synctera Console now reflects new product names of Instant Account Funding and Instant Push to Card. These payment methods were previously labeled as External card transfer.

Introducing autopay to Smart Card

As part of the Smart Card account agreement, if a customer opts in, the platform will automatically pay off their statement balance after the billing period is closed and the statement is generated.

CCD SEC codes now available for ACH payments

Initiate ACH transactions using ‘CCD’ as a SEC code. CCD SEC codes are used by businesses with B2B use cases to collect and send payments from/to other corporate entities.

Introducing International Wires

Initiate International Wires with your sponsor bank, pending business case approval and bank onboarding. Learn more about Synctera International Wires.
