If you have anything to do with the tech sector and/or spend at least 30 minutes a day online, you’ve likely been hit by a deluge of news, information, invitations and hype about artificial intelligence and specifically generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
I’m not here to tell you that artificial intelligence is the biggest thing since the iPhone, especially since AI and ML aren’t new technologies. But, I will say that as with most technology, how it’s deployed and what it helps you do, is when things get really interesting. For example, building out very specific use cases for both companies and individuals is on the rise, to say the least.
While we don’t sit around at Synctera thinking about how to “sprinkle some AI” on our platform, we’re scrappy and will use anything we have at our disposal to help us, and our customers, build and succeed. One of the most challenging things that new solution builders face is the wealth of options and optionality on how to structure and solve financial services problems. Meet Synctera.AI, it uses a custom Large Language Model (LLM) trained on our public developer and functional information (Synctera Learning Center, developer documentation, OpenAPI spec) to help answer questions about how to build with us as well as a more generic LLM to handle context and conversation dynamics.
Whether you’re trying to learn more about banking-as-a-service and embedded banking and finance, or are already building with Synctera, you can ask specific questions, and get helpful responses without having to click through broad learning sites or wading into API documentation. Both of which you can dive into on our site, if that’s your preference.
