Synctera adds Chief People Officer to grow company
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – August 4, 2022 – Synctera, a leading FinTech platform helping innovators bring financial products to market more efficiently, announced today the appointment of Stella Monteiro as its Chief People Officer.
Stella joins the company’s executive team to expand the Synctera platform and people operations, with goals to build a more inclusive and diverse FinTech community. Stella will support Synctera as it makes deeper investments in professional development and expansion of the organization.

Stella is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years delivering HR solutions in several geographic locations for firms such as UBS, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Citibank. Stella joins Synctera from Meritarc, a startup for advisory and human capital services, where she led HR projects, developed subject-matter content for its software applications, and led their marketing strategy.
