Moven: combining an intuitive user-experience with foundational banking infrastructure

Moven and TipHaus (a Synctera customer) are working on a unique bank in a box platform that accelerates the speed of building out a challenger bank from the front-end to the back-end. And Synctera is a key part of enabling this rapid turnaround and robust core system enablement.

Challenges

Moven and Tiphaus had been working together to create a challenger bank for restaurant owners, managers, and workers. As they worked to build digital banking experiences for this unique and underserved community, they ran into trouble finding a certified bank partner and platform solution that could quickly offer the multitude of banking services needed to operate compliantly.

Moven was attracted to Synctera’s range of digital banking solutions - Onboarding, KYC, Virtual GL, Cards, Fraud, Cases, ACH, and Accounts. The most visible example of implementing these is through Moven and Synctera’s ongoing partnership with TipHaus.
